We are seeking experienced nurses to develop partnerships with the nurse community and act as educators to nurse groups with a focus on both Oncology/Haematology and Multiple Sclerosis.

As key health care professionals involved in the delivery of medicines for treatment of neurological conditions, it is important that nurses are well informed as to how these new medicines may impact upon healthcare delivery to patients. An effective way to ensure nurses have access to the most up to date information is through peer to peer learning. These positions are to provide medical education and support to nurses in a promotional way.

Your expertise will give nurses the confidence to administer the new medicine in the correct way and enable them to respond to the change in clinical practice which will ultimately enhance patient care.

Responsibilities will include:

·  Delivery of educational material and on label product presentations to healthcare professionals in response to an identified need/request for clinical information.
·  Collecting and communicating customer insights back to our brand team through effective cross functional collaboration that ensures our teams are informed to align our medical strategy.
·  Training on our products, to act as subject matter experts delivering education to instruct nurses on how to best administer our medicines.
·  Effective communication, passion, and an ability to interpret and communicate clinical trial data is critical to developing relationships with nurses at key institutions and addressing ongoing therapeutic questions and issues relating to the administration of both products.

To be successful you will have:

·  Bachelor of Nursing, current AHPRA registration combined with demonstrated experience in a Nursing Education role
·  Previous experience working in either an Oncology or Multiple Sclerosis setting and knowledge of managing and reporting adverse events and side effects of treatment
·  Knowledge of best practice within Clinical Nurse education, including legislative and regulatory requirements.

Project management skills will assist you in organising and prioritising your activities that ensure stakeholders are well informed when they first have an opportunity to use either product.
