about the role
Within the Orange Group Sourcing and Supply Chain (GSSC) department - in charge of the IT corporate applications development built to perform the supply chain processes of Orange subsidiaries – you will participate to the testing strategy and quality management of the applications provided by our IT partners.
*** Key responsibilities:
You will be in charge of the following tasks:
· Participate in workshops and create QA test plans based on documented business requirements and design specifications.
· Create detailed test requirements and test cases for different test phases; sanity, functional, integration an regression testing.
· Define, document, verify, and execute test cases on the implemented tool in the required environments
· Prepare and perform User Acceptance Test with end users
· Detect and report defects through defect tracking tool
· Validate reported defects and issues when fixed, and document test procedures to verify problem fixes.
· Identify risk and raise alert appropriately during validation process and ensure blocking issues are followed
· Follow up of testing planning : steps and milestones validation in accordance with the project management charter and communication to the project manager.
about you
· Bachelor in IT
· At least 3 years experience in project management and quality assurance
· Good knowledge of QA Methodology and QA Processes
· Be dedicated to delivering high-quality products to the customers.
· Be proactive and have good time management
· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in French and English
· Be able to work in a team environment and maintain a good team spirit.
· Be able to deal with ambiguity, maintain priorities and learn quickly
· Have strong analytical skills to understand business processes and requirements
· Be available to travel abroad for User Acceptance test
