Converse Security Supervisor

Job description

This position is responsible for supervising the contract security provider and managing Converse's critical security systems for our Converse Headquarters based in Boston, Massachusetts and other facilities in North America.

Responsibilities:
· Supervises contract security service providers utilized for Converse operations.
· Is responsible for all access requests for Converse HQ and North America sites.
· Ensures proper execution of access control policy and procedures.
· Manages, maintains, and audits AMAG access control, CCTV, Salient CompleteView, alarm systems, Key Systems, and iTrak incident and daily reporting.
· Assumes the additional responsibilities of the Security Manager role as needed during PTO, etc.
· Responds to incidents and follows procedures according to Converse policy.
· Assists the Security Manager with training for security staff.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  3+ years professional work experience in security management. Strong preference for individuals who have prior experience working in private sector security management.
·  Proficiency in office/facility physical security and access control management.
·  Experience managing contract security officers.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
