Here at Nestlé, we're seeking a maintenance planner to oversee all maintenance activities on the equipment that produces iconic milks, culinary and nutritional brands such as Carnation, Maggi & Resource at our Tongala factory.

Due to an internal move, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join our team at Tongala. This is a challenging role that offers exposure to all facets of maintenance & engineering and can have a significant impact on the reliability and performance of our production facility and its associated services.

Working alongside our passionate and experienced team, you'll maintain the sites manufacturing assets to ensure reliability and performance, and implement preventative maintenance strategies. Confident and influential, you'll negotiate and build great relationships with factory production and engineering staff and delegate tasks to maintenance staff.

To be successful in this role you will need to possess strong computer skills, ideally with a working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP software. You will need to demonstrate good and accurate attention to detail, excellent time management, organisation and communication skills in order to work collaboratively with the maintenance team and all levels throughout the organisation.

Strong technical experience is key, with previous experience in maintenance planning within a FMCG environment or a sound maintenance & engineering background with relevant qualifications necessary. Knowledge of project planning software or like applications will also be considered an asset for this role.
