You will contribute to defining the process and indicators for the supervision of data quality and lead tangible actions to continually improve it. In practical term, tasks will include:

- Daily supervision, controls and corrections of new CRM data

- Leading action plans to correct and enrich data in the CRM database

- Suggesting improvements to reinforce data quality (communication campaigns, new training, technical improvements to the CRM tool ...)

- Updating the dashboard to follow data quality and creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Quantitatively and qualitatively analysing the client relationship data

- Participating in digital projects to develop client intelligence

These missions involve daily interactions with the bank’s sales teams (Global Markets, Sales, Coverage, Relationship Managers …) and cross-functional teams (IT teams, Client Management Units, Marketing teams) worldwide.

Profil recherché

o    Organized, proven analytical and interpersonal skills.

o    Ability to analyze and manipulate data, advanced skills in Excel.

o    Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.

o    Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and Business Intelligence (Qlik, Tableau) solutions a plus.

o    Strong communication (written and spoken) and presentation skills.

Within the Global Business Management of Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking, you will join the Client Steering team, and more specifically the team dedicated to CRM (Customer Relationship Management). You will actively participate in the team in charge of optimizing the data quality of client relationship data (CRM). Thanks to the work ensuring and improving data reliability, this allows better leverage of client data with the help of new technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Big Data ...).
