Position Description:

To provide direction and leadership within the restaurant to enhance the guests experience according to Company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Develops, directs and operates the Restaurant including supervising all Restaurant associates.
·  Develops strategies and programs to enhance the food and beverage experience.
·  Oversees the day-to-day responsibilities of the Restaurant: station assignments, opening and closing side work duties, end of shift reports, payroll reports, etc.
·  Guides, coaches, counsels, develops, trains and inspires direct reports in a leadership role which promotes teamwork and enhances the overall service experience and maximum productivity.
·  Works with the culinary department to provide the highest level of culinary experience.
·  Works in concert with the stewarding department to be responsible for hygiene, safety and sanitary conditions in accordance with state and local department authorities.
·  Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

2 years of restaurant supervisor experience

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include, early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

ServSafe and TIPS certification required at the time employment begins
