MAIN OBJECTIVE
The Junior Account Executive will report to the Caribbean Area Manager and will lead the commercial development of all retail accounts in the French West Indies region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage all aspects of business in French West Indies
- Develop and review sales (sell-in), targets based on client inventory levels
- Negotiate all promotional activities with client, ensuring proper implementation, driving sell-out
- Propose visibility and space improvement
- Identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement
- Establish and maintain excellent client relationships
- Order revision: Review of quantities and references ordered, taking into account inventory, future discontinuations as well as ambitions for launches, helping ensure optimum stock levels in stores.
- Periodic revision of assortment, proposing introductions and discontinuations, as appropriate
- Collect periodic sales figures
- sell-out, shop trend, market share, rankings, etc.
- Periodic revision of prices
- analysis relative to the competition, ensuring proper price positioning in market
- Forecast Management: coordinate with local Animator regarding tones and quantities for the market
- Supervise, train and motivate local animator based in Martinique
- Negotiate additional "space" with local management
- Distribute the yearly General Sales Conditions on a timely manner to all clients
- Negotiate Accord Commercial before the end of February on a yearly basis with major clients in the region
- Work with Merchandising team to ensure guidelines are respected and animations are completed on-time and within defined budgets

Desired profile

Expérience requise : Débutant
- 1 to 2 years sales experience ideally in luxury fragrances and/or cosmetics
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial and sales spirit with good academic background.
- Fluency in French required, English and Spanish considered pluses
- Ability to analyze and plan a business
- Sensitive to cultural differences
- understanding of French culture and ability to bridge gap between French-Caribbean, Latin, and American cultures
- Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular
- Ready to work in a small, dynamic and team environment
- Excellent organization, analytical and human skills
