Senior HR Specialist (Korean National Only) (Contract Role)

Job description

The Senior HR Specialist is responsible for assisting in the functional processes of the Korea GPGS Hub including office policies, with a specific focus on talent acquisition. The role is a generalist position assisting with a variety of HR functions relating to talent acquisition, colleague relations, payroll, policy administration, compliance matters, and conflict resolution within the Hub. The role is will also assist in maintaining HR analytics and data management. The HR Specialist will help to grow the Care culture of Hyatt, and will interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization, maintaining good working relationships and acting as a role model.

Qualifications :

Experience

· 2 years experience in a corporate environment

· 2+ Years experience in Human Resources

· Experience in talent acquisition and advantage
