We are seeking a well-experienced Lead Bartender who will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of The Cellar restaurant within the Food & Beverage Division.

In this role, you will ensure exceptional service and high-quality drink delivery to all guests and assist in conducting shift briefings, meetings, and training sessions. Likewise, you will be responsible for managing the bar inventory, ordering supplies, and creating innovative concoctions. Similarly, you will effectively practice service recovery skills and provide F&B specialist advice to guests and colleagues as required.

Qualifications :

Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:

·  With at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant
·  Comprehensive expertise on alcoholic beverage and mixology
·  Effective communication and interpersonal skills
·  Strong management and leadership capabilities
·  Passion for working with people
