Responsibilities:

· Be the Brand ambassador for our culture, demonstrating an eagerness to embrace Hyatt’s Purpose of CARE and bring them to life through our Shared Values to colleagues.
· Assist with the drafting of job descriptions for new roles and updating for the existing roles once approved by the team.

· Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes by posting job openings, scheduling interviews and follow the start to finish process of the new colleagues onboarding.
· Arrange as well as participate in employee engagement and events.
· Contribute to implement our values in our daily tasks and procedures.
· Support the Human resources department in organizing employee workshops and trainings.
· Updating accurate training records for all learning initiatives conducted at the hotel.
· Assist in tracking records and data.
· Maintain accurate records of all documentation pertaining to the HR department to ensure 100% compliance to local laws, company regulations and any other statutory requirements.
· Support the team in administration of the colleague benefits program (EVP, Total Rewards).

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
·  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
·  Preference to multilingual candidates
