We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Retail Banking And Wealth Management team in the role of Teller , working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
Principal Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for providing clerical support in carrying out the day to day banking activities.
· To handle internal/external customer inquiries skillfully, resolve customer problems and provide professional banking services/customer service.
· To perform counter transactions efficiently and accurately. Perform cash duties to ensure cash are reconciled and balanced.
· To support branch sales strategically by proactively referring potential customers to the CSB's,/PB's/PRB's.
· To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
· Responsible in maintaining HSBC internal controls and standards

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  1 – 3 years of experience in a branch platform for Financial industry.
·  Good Communication and interpersonal skills
·  Minimum a SPM certificate
·  Knowledge of basic computer skills is essential
