We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

·  As a corporate services manager, the candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with the business, internal, and external partners to drive cost and operational efficiency, and process streamlining
·  Engage in building services and facilities management including office space allocation, recharging, moves & changes, and logistics
·  Oversee vendor management and monitor service providers’ performance and risk controls
·  Drive and implement process streamlining and cost saving initiatives
·  Support implementation of new procedures and policies
·  Lead small and mid-size scale initiatives and projects
·  Build strong partnership with business, functions, and external vendors
·  Provide system access control to facilitate front office onboarding
·  Deliver and support on IT hardware enhancement to align with the Group’s standards
·  Coordinate records management, procurement, and business continuity planning
·  Provide tactical and other ad-hoc support to meet business needs

Requirements

·  Bachelor’s/ University degree holder with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
·  Good understanding of banking operations and complex changes in banking environments
·  Strong organizational ability, able to assign project priorities and implement in an orderly manner
·  Attention to detail, strong execution, with strong problem-solving skills
·  Self-motivated with strong analytical mind and creative thinking
·  Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
