People responsibility: N

The role is to execute and support the insurance business growth covering operation, compliance, product and performance management

·  Contributes to the insurance Product development to achieve business objectives
·  Supports to all insurance Product distribution channels in terms of product promotions, operation process and channel/customer communication.
·  Develops and execute products and channel strategy
·  Develops tactical marketing campaigns and sales promotion
·  Control all aspects of insurance product operations and service standards to attainment of compliance and legality objectives
·  Develop clear service guideline and procedure for operation process
·  Manage the everyday operations of insurance sales in Taiwan, including relationship with insurance product suppliers, applications processing, and insurance customer service team
·  Ensuring all operation process and customer service provided are within compliance guidelines and meet group standard
·  Financial control and operation risk management

Information

·  University or above graduated
·  Life insurance & Non-life insurance broker/agent licenses are a plus
·  Has experience in banking or insurance industry
·  Banking wealth management experience is a plus
·  Experience in establishing a business and coordinating resources
·  Good English communication and MS Excel skill
