Responsibilities:

Support marketing activities for the Northern Europe Software marketing team that include:

·  Event logistics: Physical and virtual– helping to organize and execute events
·  Social Media– sending content to UKI Twitter handle owners as well as uploading to Everyone Social
·  Create internal communications
·  Inputs for internal Northern Europe software newsletters 
·  Create and deliver ad-hoc campaign communications  

Administrative responsibilities:

·  Minutes and actions for team meetings
·  Lead uploads– following our systems and processes
·  Reporting campaign response
·  Requesting Purchase Orders and assisting with Budget spend/analysis
·  Updating and maintaining Northern Europe marketing SharePoint and EMEA web sites with details on campaigns

Responsibilities

·  Giveaways and event assets (stands, banners): stock taking, delivery and budget management
·  Local printing requirements
