We are currently looking for person with solid technical background to join our IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM as IT TESTING SPECIALIST .

What you will do:

·  You will plan testing phase in different stages of the development cycle, in a cohesive and coherent manner: formulating testing objectives and quality criteria, developing strategies, time estimation.
·  You will recommend functional and non-functional testing standards and implement them in the test cycle.
·  You will develop test scenarios together with the project team, based on the specifications of the software requirements and the description of the software design.
·  You will provide feedback to your colleagues during the software development, by monitoring the unit testing and the preliminary verification of the integrated tests carried out by the programmers.
·  You will review, analyze, test and document the technical specifications of the system.
·  You will constantly perform testing activities (manual and/or automatic) and analyze/ send the results in a timely manner (dashboard);
·  You will document the bugs that appear during the testing phase.
·  With priority, you will manage and monitor the bugs and errors identified in the testing process, in collaboration with the internal development team.
·  You will mediate the relationship between IT development teams and business clients.
·  You will coordinate the tests carried out together with business customers, both for new products and for changes in the productive environment;
·  You will prepare and submit reports on the evolution of the testing process, in accordance with the testing strategy (test results, test case coverage, required resources, discovered bugs and their status, performance).
·  You will update the dashboards at the end of each testing phase or at the completion of the project.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

·  Higher studies completed with a Bachelor's degree (preferably in the IT field);
·  At least 3 years of experience in software testing;
·  Experience working with web services and APIs, with SQL databases;
·  Experience in automation activity;
·  Experience in testing browser/ web applications;
·  Experience in project management and Quality Assurance (QA);
·  Work experience in Agile/ Scrum, Jira & HP ALM (QC);
·  Competence in software testing techniques, testing tools, incident/ bugs tracking and testing support tools;
·  Reporting experience in IT testing;
·  Very good written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Romanian;
·  Good organization and prioritization skills;
·  Good teamwork skills;
·  Ability to work with short dead-lines;
·  Excellent analytical, problem-solving and problem-cause analysis skills;
·  Attention to details;

 

Represents advantage:
