We are looking for an experienced Android engineer to join our thriving team with responsibilities that include;

·  Write native Android code, working in cross-functional Agile development team.
·  Collaborate closely with Product and UX to design high quality user experiences.
·  Participate in design reviews, code reviews and functional demos.
·  Test quality through unit and functional test implementation and execution.
·  Contribute to architectural design, automated testing, continuous integration and build management.
·  Develop prototypes to demonstrate the merits of a proposed solution.
·  Demonstrate strong problem solving ability and analytical skills.
·  Enjoy being part of a team of humble, collaborative high-achievers.

Must haves:

·  2 year minimum experience developing Android native mobile applications is required.
·  Experience consuming RESTful web services.
·  Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
·  Solid and demonstrable understanding of object-oriented design patterns and principles.
·  Experience writing multi-threaded, asynchronous code.
·  Understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
·  Experience with Eclipse, Android Studio, version control systems (e.g. Git) and bug tracking (e.g. JIRA) is required.
·  A strong desire to be part of the leading team of mobile commerce software engineers in the world.
