·  University degree in Life Sciences / Food / Legal / Nutrition sciences
·  Regulatory activities experience
·  Ability to manage complexity
·  Effective stakeholder management
·  Project management ability
·  Strong communication skills

About us

YOUR responsibilities as a Regulatory Specialist will include (but are not limited to):

·  Implement Regulatory Roadmap in a competitive way for the respective business unit
·  Ensure implementation of specific Regulatory processes in a compliant and ethical way:
·  Labelling and artworks validation
·  Communication and claims validation
·  Draft risk assessments, under supervision of direct manager
·  Prepare product notification documentation
·  Implement Regulatory strategy in line with subsidiary objectives.
·  Ensure Regulatory Watch and define impacts of new regulation projects
·  Ensure comprehensive and on-going knowledge of emerging trends and subjects with potential impact on business objectives for :
·  Product / Food Law & Regulations (Composition, Registration, Labelling)
·  Consumer, Advertising Law & Regulations (Claims, benefits, promotion).
·  Support business and third partners by providing and leveraging regulatory knowledge, as needed
·  Support business in discussions, consultations with regulatory authorities, competitors or other stakeholders, after alignment with direct manager
·  Provide regulatory affairs trainings for different internal and external stakeholders in dependence of regulatory aspects
·  Support Food Safety team in terms of:
·  Monitoring: Compile, assess and communicate the applicable food safety laws and regulations
·  Providing expertise to Q&FS, local and central teams on regulatory topics (new developments of products and packaging, specifications, incidents and crises, etc.), as needed
·  Support the implementation of the Company guidelines, positions and directives by carrying out the assessment of the applicable food safety laws and regulations
