About the role

 

We are recruiting a Junior HR Business Partner (Fixed term 12 months) to join our HR team in Wavertree, Liverpool. 

 

You will be working to support mid-level leadership teams in the Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Global R&I teams providing guidance and leadership across full HR activities including recruitment and selection and employee relations. It is a true generalist role in a fast paced environment, therefore previous experience in a Manufacturing environment would be advantageous. 

 

This role also has the opportunity to project lead on engagement and well-being for the Liverpool site. 

 

What will I be doing day to day?

·  Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders to proactively drive the business priorities in their respective areas.
·  Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and acts as sounding board on all matters relating to the people agenda.
·  Aligning with HRBP/HRA to continually review our policies and processes and ways of working to ensure consistent.
·  Ensuring the business is compliant, safe, and legal by leading on complex ER cases
·  Creating effective communication campaigns for DPS results and actively managing the DPS action plans with support of HR Graduate
·  Leading Well-being roadmap for site. Managing medical support services (OH/Physio), communication of services, well-bring activities linked to data from DPS and medical services to form part of roadmap decision making
·  Balancing priorities and case work with the immediate needs of the business

About you

·  Previous experience of working as a HR generalist
·  Excellent influencing, relationship building and communication skills
·  Proven track record of working effectively with multiple level stakeholders requiring an autonomous, decision-making approach
·  Can demonstrate curiosity and uses a coaching style to challenge their partners to think differently and seek new perspectives and move beyond obstacles
·  Thinks broadly and can consider all implications of actions across the business function, demonstrating high levels of resilience and emotional intelligence
·  Is practised and experienced in all matters relating to employee relations
·  Has strong commercial acumen
·  Has the ability to take initiative and work without supervision is essential, prioritising own workload and self-efficient, results orientated
·  Strong IT skills  - PowerPoint, Excel
·  CIPD level 5 qualified is preferred
·  Demonstrates curiosity
·  Can manage change effectively
