PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER H/F

Job description

As Project Management Officer (PMO), dedicated to one of CWT’s biggest clients, you will work on the delivery of solutions aiming at improving the usage rate of our products. You will be a key player in ensuring the success of each project by clearly defining responsibilities/timelines as well as delivering outstanding results.
In our Program Management team, we focus on providing travel management consultation to clients to help them reduce business travel costs, to continually monitor service levels and to maximize the profitable services we provide.
Your role is to work closely with key stakeholders and cross functional teams to drive our client's adoption and engagement of CWT's products.

You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing our client's current product adoption / engagements levels
- Pinpointing roadblocks
- Designing and deploying product adoption solutions
- Participating in the roll out and follow up of related
- Communication initiatives
- Setting and monitoring all project targets
- Coordinating and providing support on related projects
Qualifications:
- Proven Project Management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- Marketing experience
- English fluent (Spanish would be a plus)
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel tools
