Job Description: Administration, support, Roll-out, training and consultancy of engineering tools for various Business Units in the organization

Responsibility:

-Develop, test, deploy, support and maintain R&D Engineering Applications and Software development tools.
-Provide direct support to R&D engineers daily operations.
-Develop/Improve existing reports and scripts
-Requirement collection and coordinating solutions from Global teams.
-Closely co-operate with global R&D Tools teams on a regular basis
-Provide End user training for the supported tools

Desired profile

Job Requirements

Requirement:

Degree in Engineering with 1 - 3 years or Diploma with more experience

-Experience in at least one standard software configuration management and software change management tool like CM Synergy, MKS/IMS
-Experience in Git, Jira, Jenkins and agile methodologies highly desirable
-Good understanding of software development life cycle
-Excellent team player, pro-active with good communication skills.
-Patience, responsible and ability to learn independently.
-Knowledge of Unix commands and Ubuntu would be good.
-Experience in scripting is a plus.
