Job Title: Salesforce Admin Jr. Support Analyst

Job Summary :

As a Salesforce CRM support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal or external customers. You will troubleshoot problems and offer timely solutions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities(both verbal and Written), and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

-Administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc.
-Candidate should have Good Apex Debugging skills.
-Basic Aura / LWC debugging knowledge is required.
-Good knowledge in Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud is required
- Good knowledge & Handson on ITIL work flow.

- Support to the users to help them resolve issues with Salesforce and related applications.

- Create documentation and look for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.

- Handson experience in L2 / L3 work
