You hold a Master's Degree or above in Chemistry, Material Sciences, Polymers or similar and already have a previous experiences in polymer science preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in typical Microsoft Office suite (excel, word, power point, ect.)
Obviously, you need to be fluent in English to interact with our teams on a daily basis.
Finally, you have demonstrated strong problem solving skills and you are well-known for your strong interpersonal skills: you will be able to create strong relationships with your colleagues.
Your future responsibilities:
You will be part of the Specialty Polyamide Technical service team, reporting to the Technical Service Manager.
- Be in charge of implementing, executing and reporting on Technical studies aimed at supporting Arkema's Specialty Polyamides Sales and Business Development activities, with a special focus on topics related to Automotive and Industrial markets.
To perform your studies, you will be trained and eventually run thermoplastic processing equipment, (injection / compression molding, extrusion, ect.) and a variety of available physical testing equipment in the laboratory as needed.
