As an SDET within the Tooling & Automation team you will be responsible for contributing to the design and development of automated tools and other test investments that help maintain the quality of the Prime Video client platforms. You are passionate about automation and routinely deliver with limited guidance. You collaborate with your peers on the team on projects that improve your team's software, making it better and easier to maintain, contribute to operational excellence, assist with reviewing other people's code and mentor junior software testers.You make things simpler.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
· Previous experience as an SDE in a commercial environment, contributing to the design, implementation and successful delivery of high quality software using best practices
· Ability to recognize discordant views and contribute to constructively resolving them
· Fluent with the entire software development life cycle (coding standards, source control, build process, testing and operations).
· Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, problem solving, and complexity analysis and how and when to apply them
· Track record of ownership, focus on the end customer and delivering the right results
