DESCRIPTION

MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Provide HR support and expertise through hands-on and strategic delivery in the areas of employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development/design, and others to set strategies, policies and standards for global HR teams. Assess and analyze human resources needs and organizational effectiveness. Serve as HR point of contact for payments technical teams. Liaise to broader payments ecosystem HR teams and central HR specialist groups. Coordinate the design of HR initiatives with Global Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Diversity Programs, and Engineering Excellence to address organizational needs. Work closely with the technical leadership and employees on people-related issues. Establish HR priorities and operating mechanisms to drive change. Establish and implement HR programs, policies, procedures, curriculum, solutions, and tools that support talent development, HR operational excellence, and organizational growth. Ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience. Interface and communicate effectively with leaders at all levels.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Primary Experience: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or related experience as an HR Generalist, or in a related position.
