As part of our development in the automotive sector, we are currently looking for a manufacturing engineer with a significant experience in lean management and process improvement.

Due to our growth, we have opening positions for manufacturing engineer to develop their skills in the automotive industry.
You will be responsible to support and control the manufacturing activities for the industrial performance of the production. The work will take place close to the assembly area and the other organizations such as Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Suppliers.
The role of the manufacturing engineer is to develop system of standards and procedures linked to lean manufacturing activities. You will have to optimise the resources for the proper functioning of the assembly line.
The ideal candidate must show a capacity to lead and improve the performance of the line: issues and faults detection during the assembly process, introduction of quality methods improvements, audit.
We expect a proactive manager in order to develop a continuous improvement plan for the production system using lean management methods as Value Stream Mapping.
Skills required
* You have a relevant experience in the automotive industry: development of lean manufacturing process and continuous improvement activities.
* You have strong communication skills in order to achieve a regular supplier's technical follow up for the efficiency of the production.
* You already used Methodologies as 5s, Lean manufacturing, FMEA, Kaizen, value stream mapping.
* You are proficient with Microsoft office expert, MS Project and Access.
* It will be a real plus to get a Certification such as 6 sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
Qualifications required
You are qualified to M.Sc. or MEng with an automotive engineering background. During your studies and/or your previous experience you have gained knowledge of a Minimum of 1 year-practical experience.
