Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Ayr, Scotland

Job Description:

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team on-site to assist with the manual movement of 25kg drums and buckets of raw material in the production of animal feed. The ideal candidate must be physically capable of undertaking the demands of the role, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.

In addition to assisting with material handling, the candidate will be responsible for general cleaning work in the yard area and production site, ensuring a safe and tidy work environment.

Responsibilities:

·  Manual movement of 25kg drums and buckets of raw material.

·  Assisting in the production process of animal feed.

·  General cleaning work in the yard area and production site.

·  Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

·  Physical capability to handle heavy objects and undertake manual labour.

·  Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

·  Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

·  Availability to work from 7am to 3pm daily, with potential for overtime shifts from 6am to 4pm and occasional Saturday shifts.

·  Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required.
