The London Borough of Ealing are looking for the ideal team player to join the Regeneration and Housing department. You will be dealing with private properties that are being rented and helping the team with the administration and processing duties.
The daily role will include;
- Face to face and telephone communication dealing with enquires
- You will be the first point of contact
- private renting property licensing administration
- Dealing with a mixture of complaints and enquiries
- Proving accurate, technical advice and guidance to landlords/agents on compliance with schemes.
