My client, a multi national manufacturing company, are currently seeking a strong customer service representative to join their team.

Using SAP the candidate will be responsible for taking customers orders, processing purchase orders, dealing with any customer queries throughout Europe.

Liaising with different departments to ensure customers orders are being handled efficiently.

Handle customer queries in a calm and timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise a high workload and a meticulous attention to detail.

Experience in SAP is essential along with dealing with customers throughout EMEA.

This is a contract role starting immediately.
