Key tasks

As head waiter you supervise and coordinate the following duties for your area, with the help of your team: - setting up and laying tables - greeting and waiting on customers - clearing tables
Sharp eye for details leading to excellence.
•Excellent in Public Relations & Communication Skills.
•Strong process orientation;
•Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
•Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network
•Go-getter; Ability to enhance organizational performance;
•Ability to clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities;
•Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively;
•And the propensity to recognize and acknowledge other peoples’ ideas.
Prior relevant experience in a similar responsibility.
•Displays high level of flexibility, initiative, sincerity and team work
•Self-driven individual, with a pro active and positive approach to change.
•Graduate in Hotel management
•Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
