Key tasks
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with guests’ check-in and check-out;
Verify guests’ reservations;
Ensure guests are attended to promptly and efficiently;
Attend to guests’ requests and queries in a polite and efficient manner;
Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.

Job Requirements:
Minimum with a Diploma;
Minimum 1-3 years of Front Office experience in a service industry will be an advantage;
Good working knowledge of Opera system;

Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
