Job description
Key tasks
• Prepared all misc-en-plus.
• Assist in all food preparation and help to manage the station that he is assigned to efficiently.
• Performing simple tasks with minimum supervision in the kitchen operation.
• Responsible for minimum wastage and spoilage.
• Adheres strictly to sanitation and safety standards.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen on market list and preparation for functions and events in the hotel.
• Maintains proper personal appearance.
