Location: Any Accenture office in UK – Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, London
Travel: limited
Salary: Depending upon location up to £28k.

The Role

To administer the Workplace Records Management activities at their location. Include the specific activities associated with the collection, retention and disposition of records and information according to Workplace Solutions guidelines

Promote Records Management best practices and provide support for Client Teams and Corporate Functions for their Records Management Procedures ensuring compliancy to Accenture's Records and Information Policies (AP123, AP1413) and related Retention Schedules and Procedures. The role will be part of a team and involve day to day interaction with Client Teams and Corporate Functions.

What responsibilities will you have?
Service Management
Understand Accenture's Records and Information Policies (AP123, AP1413) and related Retention Schedules and Procedures.
Maintains/develops skills through participation in the Accenture-wide Records and Information Management community

Programme Management
Manages physical records from all functions, in secure offsite or onsite storage
Performs quality check of Business Record submissions to MMR (ManageMy Records Tool)
Plans and/or facilitates the disposition processes according to global guidelines, retaining all pertinent documentation
Complies with and/or responds to Legal Hold Notice instructions as appropriate
Monitor offsite storage SLAs for compliance to contract and Accenture policies on security, retention and confidentiality (AP123, AP1413
Serve as the knowledge resource in respective GU for Accenture's Records and Information Management policies (AP123, AP1413) and related Retention Schedules and Procedures
Maintain local tracking tool for physical records; trains end users as required
Monitor and process invoices

Support local Merger & Acquisition activities.

Communications
Implements or assists with implementing local procedures that comply with global standards and guidelines; assists with implementation of new global processes and/or procedures

Stakeholder Management
Educate and train Client Team Records Leads and OG Leadership on their responsibilities regarding submission and transfer of client engagement records
May serve as key contact with offsite storage vendor(s) for secure transaction processing

Problem Solving
Resolution of customer enquiries around Records Management.
Identify and/or escalate potential issues or concerns regarding the management of records to local leadership or global Records and Information Management as appropriate; provide feedback to Records and Information Management Specialist/Supervisor and help develop solutions
