My thesis work (2011-2014) focused on the determination of molecular etiology of pediatric non syndromic hearing loss in Tunisia and its implication in diagnostics, therapy and genetic counseling.l. I have began my post doc research in February 2015, actually im working on the molecular diagnosis of isolated Hearing loss and Usher Syndrome using next generation sequencing coupled to targeted exome sequencing in Maghrebian and European populations population respectively. Recently I have began to study the effect of some atypical mutations using minigenes method
