I was communicating with the teams to follow the stages of the tender assessment, which helped me to identify opportunities to optimize Compliance and ensure that all team members have the same updated status. I had an experience of autonomic work under pressure with very strict deadlines, which helped me to improve my long-term planning and task prioritization as well as a skill of being multitasking (initially I was providing support to the three independent departments: Legal, Compliance, and Procurement).
