08-2017 - 02-2018 Project / Product management - Assist in Vendor Manage Inventory (VMI) project to be launched in EMEA countries
- Assist in defining the service level agreement for VMI project (workshop in Basingstoke, UK)
- Assist in routine replenishment for VMI project
- Initiate the Inventory Reduction project and conduct analysis on excessive stock
- Propose the suggestions to subsidiaries and maintain the communication
- Reached 3% of inventory decrease by end of 2017 on targeted subsidiaries
- Complete the master data cleansing for 9 subsidiaries
- KPI management (OTIF, Days on Hand, service level maintenance, Dashboard construction)
