Main activities: goods pickup management coordinating haulers operations, booking reservation to shipping lines and/or NVOCC agents, issuing bills of lading (with / without negotiating bank credit - Cash agains docs, Letter of Credit) HBL and NVOCC BL, sending instructions for master bill of lading to the shipping company or agent, customs clearance operations management presenting shipper's docs, sending pre-alert at destination and sending original documents to agent / customer, issuing invoice to the customers about our services, checking invoice receipt by all suppliers involved in each shipment. Rates negotiation with suppliers (shipowners, shipping lines, port terminals crews and network agency for inland operations at destination). Experience in different kind of goods management: out of gauge, fashion, electronics, cosmetics, pharmaceutics, foodstuff, reefer, perishable, hazardous cargo at origin and at destination, as well as in cross-trading shipments (from foreign to another foreign Country). Coordination and report about goods survey in different stages of shipment. All above mentioned operations are developed about Full Container Loaded (FCL) or about Less Container Loaded (LCL). LCL shipments are managed using external NVOCC suppliers or internally, managing groupage container on behalf of our partner in different part of the world (Dubai, Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh, Shanghai, Houston, Cartagena). Administration tools invoicing our customers and checking our suppliers' invoices to close the file by the beginning to the end of it.
