Being a florist has been a longstanding dream of mine, so to be able to turn my passion into a side business was one of the most fulfilling things that I have accomplished. Starting my own e-commerce whilst still studying has allowed me to improve my time management and multi-tasking skills to ensure that I do not fall behind in any aspect. Doing sales has also improved my experience in customer relations as well as handling emergency situations professionally and efficiently.
