• Developed Performance Measurement System(PMS) for capturing and controlling the tactical and operational performances KPI. An interactive dashboard and reporting module was developed that evaluates, comprehend and helps controlling every performance in which the management strategy lies in. Tools Used: MS Power BI, UXPin
• Worked with Operations team on work standardization procedure to deliver quality output with increased reliability. Devised solution and Proposed tools like System Guided Procedures and Poka-Yoke expedients through the HMI window.
• Adopted Six Sigma and LEAN management approach and reduced the number of reworks by 17 % for Front Axle Assembly Production line.
