• Travel management Air ticket (International & Domestic) booking for employees & leadership team (CEO, CFO etc.)
• Hotel Booking Domestic/International.
• Visa application, Passport renewal, Currency arrangements.
• Meeting Arrangements/appointments for CEO/VP/CFO etc.
• Telecom arrangements & Payments (Data Cards, PRI Lines, Sim Cards, Web calling etc.)
• Maintained MIS Report, Telecom Reports, Payment Details.
• Consumption Report, Meter reading, courier etc.
• Maintained petty cash local expenses etc.
