05-2015 - 11-2018 Responsibilities:
-Manage all Marketing and PR activities.
-Elaborate Marketing and PR strategies to promote the business.
-Open new stores in Nairobi and ensure their success and daily smooth running and return on investment.
-Launch of the Store-66 brand in Kenya and East Africa
-Develop, implement and manage all marketing campaigns
-Monitor effectiveness of all marketing campaigns
-Work with logistics, sales and operations department to monitor revenue, stock availability and business continuity.
-Plan and manage all Marketing and PR events.
-Recruit and manage social media Marketing team and insure that investment translates to increase in Revenue.
-Motivate, evaluate, train and manage sales staff in stores to respect the Store -66 brand promise and image.
-Represent the company in all Marketing and PR events.
-Complete Control of marketing budget.
-Manage all key relationships with the media and outside contributors such as Adverting agencies and other contractors.
