I am a master student graduate in Business Communication & Digital Media at Tilburg University in the Netherlands and online student in Digital Marketing at Software University in Bulgaria. I have almost 2 years of experience in customer service providing support to over 10 000 customers. Furthermore I have 4 years of experience in volunteering as part of the largest student European organization, Erasmus Student Network offering services to 200,000 students with 15,000 active members. I also have two years of experience in managing the organization's representation in Bulgaria.
