Manage and execute all aspects of Restoque’s business plan in respect to implementing the annual budget and growth strategy for Europe, Asia, Latin America, USA and Africa;
New Business: Expansion of the brands Dudalina, John John, Le Lis Blanc, Rosa Chá, Bo.Bô, Individual and Base through physical stores, distributors or brand representatives. Elaboration and implementation of the business plan of the area, prospecting new partners;
Restructuring and enhancement of the international area: mono and multi-brand international franchising, commercial strategy, processes, people, opening new markets, new projects, international trade policy, brand positioning, participation in international exhibitions, study of competitive scenario;
Responsible for the management of franchising operations and international representations focused on Europe, USA, Asia, Africa and Latin America;
Strategic management of the commercial team's activities to implement strategic planning;
Review website in English and Spanish;
Achieve sales targets, financial and expense budgets;
In 2017 opened 1 new Dudalina store in Malaysia.
