Project negotiations with Royal Sun Alliance regarding our main family home's subsidence claim, working with guidance from Ombudsman and researching entitlements online. This project is coming to an end and remedial (SOW) is being finalised. April 2002 - current Project negotiations with Crushman & Wakefield regarding a family business's Dilapidation's report. The original survey created had a fee of £35,000 for repairs, reinstatement, decoration and yielding - up, at current the negotiations have reduced the repair SOW to just under £10,000 and we are still actively negotiating. January 2016 - current Project manage the coordination of house renovations to the renewal of bathroom and toilet room facilities. Whole month of April 2016 Project co-ordination and installation of new garden fence and redesign of landscape to garden. Whole month of May 2016.
