This project is coming to an end and remedial (SOW) is being finalised. April 2002 - current Project negotiations with Crushman & Wakefield regarding a family business's Dilapidation's report. The original survey created had a fee of £35,000 for repairs, reinstatement, decoration and yielding - up, at current the negotiations have reduced the repair SOW to just under £10,000 and we are still actively negotiating. January 2016 - current Project manage the coordination of house renovations to the renewal of bathroom and toilet room facilities. Whole month of April 2016 Project co-ordination and installation of new garden fence and redesign of landscape to garden. Whole month of May 2016.
