- Sourcing & Onboarding vendors.
- Contract negotiations, Bundling & Cross selling relevant products & services to achieve desired account revenues.
Database/Technical tasks: (20%)*
- Management of Inventories, product, catalogue, pricing, taxes and logistics.
- Reconciliation of Accounts and working with custodian/beneficiary banks for transfers.
- Resolving commercial technical tickets related to the above.
Project Management/E-commerce strategy: (25%)*
- Revenue Management, Business planning & Commercial Strategy.
- Building business cases using quantitative data to propose projects/JIRA.
- Operational SCM process enhancements and projects related to Product/Service pipeline development.
Analytical & Reporting: (45%)*
- Create custom reports related to Sales, Inventory Management/Storage control, Merchant Category performance/Competitor analysis, SKU/Product level analysis, Promotions & Marketing, Sales & SCM Controlling.
- Support adhoc requests to analyse/create KPI’s of Store/Logistics and sales operations.

Projects:
- Product/Service: Brand Registry - To address miss sales issues on the E-commerce platform. Results concluded improvement in revenues for designated accounts by nearly 35%-55% and online traffic by 70%.
- Product/Service: Amazon Payments - To create a lending platform and improve cash inflows and reduced disbursement frequencies.
- Process: 8 Operational projects, all aimed to reduce the Service levels to provide better customer service, effective technical ticket management and creating LEAN SCM processes.
