I am Sarang Banore, Master student of Kaunas Technical University Kaunas Lithuania, currently, I have done Erasmus study at Institute Polythetic de Grenoble France 2017 I like challenging myself to manage the Industrial and Management processes with a holistic approach still with minute details, this has been my area of strength. So, I strongly feel motivated while pursuing Masters in Industrial Engineering & Management. 2017 - 2017 Procurement , Project / Product management , Design / Civil engineering / Industrial engineering Plateau Project In which we made semi-automated guitar working prototype with the help of Mechatronics. It was very great experience in which I learn about Team Leadership, Team Communication, Problem-solving methods, laser printing, Solidworks, Mechanical Processes, electronics parts like Arduino connection, Arduino programming etc.

Project Description: The knapsack sprayers generally used by farmers involve continuous pumping by one hand while holding the sprayer with the other. This working model of wheel operated pull type multi spray pump is suitable to spray the crop in agriculture at low manufacturing cost with higher working efficiency for a human being. For example, a spray pump operated on the use of the wheel and converted it into multi-output spray without using any external resources.
Contribution & learning:
• Devising stored procedures and functions for the entire application
• Involving in designing, Unit Testing and database creation.
• Coordinated with HOD, Professor and Lab in charge to understand the concept and implement the project work.
• Responsible for Planning, Research, Execution and Presentation.

• Volunteer of Bhopal Medical Appeal and volunteered with Mr Colin Toogood & international photojournalist Alex Masi in Bhopal for a month. • Conducted survey in the affected area. • Tested water samples in the vicinity. • Consulted with professors of IIT & scientist from NEERI regarding water purification. • Generated reports based on survey.
