My job role within the manufacturing engineering department has been centered on the processing of the adhesive used to bond the under frame of the, soon to be released, DB11. This particular project has involved planning, installing and commissioning a brand new body shop facility in which the chassis of the DB11, as well as other future models, are to be produced. My responsibilities/duties whilst working on this project have included: • Liaising with other departments to ensure processes are correctly implemented and clearly communicated during production. • Contact with suppliers as well as raising purchase orders to ensure required consumables and equipment are delivered and/or installed within specified dates. • Managing and documenting test work carried out to prove successful adhesive application. This involves assisting robot programmers in delivering desired robot applied adhesive paths and directing production operatives in order to complete test work efficiently and to a high standard. • Organizing and taking part in internal and external meetings; compiling and sharing meeting minutes.

I have recently spent my free time freelancing as a residential interior designer; assisting clients in creating the look and feel they desire within their homes. These projects have involved the following tasks:  Liaising with the clients to understand their requirements and tastes.  Measuring up rooms and drafting free hand floor plans.  Creation of mood boards.  Sourcing of furniture and soft furnishings.  Working with decorators to ensure designs were followed.  Managing the installation process and applying finishing touches.
