02-2013 - 05-2016 Infra / Networks / Telecom • Supporting customer with billing issues through email or phone;
• Investigating billing issues and creating credit notes when required;
• Validation of input from the upstream systems & updating the OM Billing system accordingly and ensuring that all quality parameters were maintained through an ERP system (Siebel);
• Adherence to billing process and SLA;
• Communicating of operational issue to upper managment.
