Answering telephone calls, attending to clients on arrival in reception, general administrative tasks.
Digital dictation of letters, documents using Microsoft Word.
Taking enquiries/telephone messages/appointments. File opening and closure, filing of court documents, filing, photocopying, general administrative duties, preparing trial bundles. Greeting clients and making appointments when necessary. There is also another Solicitor and an Assistant Solicitor for whom I do administrative tasks for frequently.
