Resourcing Business Partner
11-2014 - NowHR / Training Direct responsibility for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for specific departments (i.e. IT, Finance, Legal &a Knowledge, HR, Comms, Operational Performance, Business Services, PAs, etc)
• Drive candidate attraction and build talent pools using direct sourcing methods, marketing material and recruitment agencies
• Work to agreed SLAs and the budget requirements for recruitment activity - ensuring we have a signed authority to recruit form for every vacancy prior to sourcing candidates
• Design and implement innovative and cost-effective resourcing plans- offering speed and flexibility
• Manage third party suppliers effectively to make sure they're delivering quality and cost efficiency while meeting our needs and providing a valuable service
• Accountable for market intelligence (MI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) which informs and advise managers/ resourcing/HR colleagues about performance and value
