Ensuring the daily operations of the store maintained in the best process and the SOP (standard operating procedure) is preserved in every operation of the organization and reporting directly to general manager of the organization.
Consistent delivery of KPIs and targets to achieve sustainable profits as a responsible business manager to the stake holders and to the team.
Deep analysis of key reports such as sales, shrink and customer behavior & implementation of corrective measures to maximize profit and deliver best customer satisfaction
Ensuring KPIs are achieved daily by analyzing day-to-day challenges on sales, stocks, staffs and achievements through routine team meetings.
Handling all customer problems personally and ensuring customer satisfaction as first priority.
Building a database of loyal customer by ensuring customer engagement is carried out due diligence for their requirements and informing about schemes and promotion happening in the store.
Stock and inventory management by coordinating buyers and suppliers to minimize the shrink and maintain optimum level of stock accuracy by heading daily and weekly stock takes and ensuring wastage and damages are kept to the minimum.
Potential reports are made in daily, weekly and monthly basis for the top management briefing the performance in key aspects of business
